After learning about the law of attraction, someone could soon come to the conclusion that they need to feel good as much as they can and to have positive thoughts. This is because both their feelings and their thoughts will play a big part in what they do and don’t experience.
So, as the days, weeks and months go by, they are likely to do what they can to make sure that they have the right thoughts and feelings. This will be essential if they want to attract what they desire into their life.
What they could also be told is that how they feel is the result of how they think, so this approach won’t cause them to deny how they feel. Instead, they will simply be changing their negative thoughts to positive thoughts, and thereby they will have different feelings.
Another way of looking at this would be to say that it will be all about their mind and how they behave. There won’t be any feelings for them to acknowledge and then to work through.
A Strong Aversion
If they do experience a negative thought or feeling, they could soon end up changing it onto a positive thought or feeling. And, if they end up in an environment that is very negative, they could soon walk away.
This will show how committed they are to keeping their ‘vibration’ high and how much they want to attract what they desire. They won’t want to waste any time experiencing anything that is low ‘vibration’.
As time goes by, they might end up gradually transforming their life; this will show that their vibration is very different to how it was before. Then again, they may find that although certain areas of their life have changed, other areas haven’t.
Consequently, they could find that it is getting harder and harder for them to stay positive. It could be as though they are trying to push a heavy boulder up a hill and if they stop pushing, they will be crushed.
Stuck on a Treadmill
Or in their case, they will end up drowning in negativity, which will be seen as something that will prevent them from having what they desire. This will be the last thing that they will want.
They could be told that they just need to keep going and that they will soon see the results that they desire. If they were to take their foot off the gas, they might end up feeling guilty and as though they are a failure and/or lack commitment.
Business as Usual
Soon enough, they could end up going back to how they were before, with the hope that this time it will be different. It might be or they could soon end up coming crashing down again and this time it could be a struggle for them to keep going.
Naturally, due to what they have learned about the law of attraction and that their thoughts define how they feel, they will not want to throw the towel in. They will want to stay positive or else they will fall into negativity and what they desire will end up being out of their reach.
A Closer Look
If someone on the outside was to hear about how they are experiencing life and this person was or wasn’t aware of the law of attraction, they could say that they are living in denial. The reason for this is that they won’t be aware of how they truly feel.
What they will be doing is using their thoughts and feelings to hide what is truly going on for them. They will then have a lot of positivity in one part of their being, but another part of them will be full of negativity.
This will mean that as opposed to having a good connection with themselves, they will live on the surface of themselves. A big part of their consciousness will be out of their reach and they will be a watered-down version of themselves.
Keeping the material that is held in this other part of them from entering their conscious awareness will take a lot of energy and it will also have an impact on what they do and don’t experience. Upon hearing this, they could struggle to understand how this is so.
What this will show is that while their thoughts can define how they feel, they can also be an effect of and trigger repressed feelings/pain. Simply choosing to have the right thoughts and feelings is then not going to cause these feelings to disappear.
What this approach will do is just cause them to push these feelings out of their conscious awareness. Once this has happened, they will have appeared to have disappeared but they will just be held in their unconscious mind/body.
The Big Illusion
Without this understanding, it is to be expected that they will believe that staying positive is the key and that there are no feelings for them to face, let alone work through, and that this will allow them to have a high vibration. In reality, their being, or their quantum resonance field as it has been called, will be loaded with negativity.
To keep this ‘negativity’ at bay will take a lot of energy and it will make it harder for them to attract what they desire. Ergo, they can either pretend that it’s not there and it will continue to influence their life from behind the scenes, or they can face it, work through it and transmute these feelings/pain into energy that will allow them to become a more integrated human being.
If someone can relate to this and they are ready to change their life, they may need to reach out for external support. This is something that can be provided with the assistance of a therapist or healer.
